Microwave magnetic spectrosocopy

Microwave measurements between 10 MHz and 50 GHz are performed with the help of a vector network analyzer (Agilent PNA E8364B, 10 MHz-50GHz). The microwave signal is routed to coplanar circuits using a homemade probe station with GGB coplanar probes. The probe station is equipped with two sets of electromagnets providing either +/-1.5T out of the film plane or +/-0.4T in the film plane. Low frequency signals can be introduced using a source meter and DC probe tips.
