Project manager M/F

The Project Manager (PM) will ensure the follow-up and promotion of the Quantum Science and Nanomaterials Interdisciplinary Thematic Institute (ITI QMat), a France 2030 program. He/she will be in charge of the co-leadership of the consortium and of facilitating its general functioning, in accordance with the terms of the grant agreement. These functions will cover a set of tasks related to the organisational, administrative, financial and legal management of the program.

Activities:

– Project coordination and communication: supervise the implementation and follow-up, develop and update the management tools necessary for managing the project, act as an intermediary between the different partners (University, CNRS, Jean-Marie Lehn Foundation, National Research Agency, international partner networks), implement the communication and dissemination strategy of the project (workshops, website, events), organise and co-animate the meetings of the different committees.
– Administrative, financial and legal management: monitoring the application of the administrative rules and procedures specific to the partners, monitoring contractual deadlines, monitoring budget expenditure, in conjunction with the relevant internal departments, coordinating the preparation, consolidation and submission of reports, ensuring compliance with the obligations described in the grant agreements and consortium agreements, monitoring and updating contractual documents, acting as the consortium’s point of contact for intellectual property issues and relaying to the relevant interlocutors
