Research at a glance

Our research deals with the synthesis, photophysics and photochemistry of luminescent and photoactive compounds: i) triplet emitters based on Ir(III), Pt(II) and Re(I) complexes; ii) TADF emitters based on either Cu(I) complexes or novel donor-acceptor organic emitters; iii) supramolecular architectures via metallophilic interactions; iv) light-driven self-healable soft actuators.
