My research journey began at the intersection of quantum information science and open quantum systems. During my PhD in theoretical physics, I investigated quantum information transport in complex molecular networks, focusing on the interplay between coherent dynamics and environmental effects. I subsequently broadened my research toward theoretical quantum chemistry and quantum computing, developing theoretical and computational approaches for excited states, photochemistry, and strongly correlated systems. Since joining the CNRS in 2023, I have pursued a research program at the interface of theoretical chemistry, quantum physics, and quantum information science, with current interests spanning quantum algorithms, quantum many-body and open-system dynamics, quantum transport, and light–matter interactions.

Recherches actuelles
At the heart of my research is the development of theoretical and computational methods for quantum many-body systems. I am particularly interested in strongly correlated systems and in exploring how concepts and tools from quantum information and quantum computing can provide new ways to describe and simulate their properties. My work spans different classes of quantum systems, from interacting electrons and bosons to hybrid light-matter systems, with problems ranging from quantum chemistry to condensed matter physics. I am also interested in the dynamics of open quantum systems, particularly in understanding how interactions with complex environments affect the transport of energy and quantum information at the nanoscale.
