Nanoparticules et hybrides

Une fois synthétisés, les matériaux doivent être caractérisés structuralement et fonctionnellement. La caractérisation structurale se fait au moyen de diverses techniques telles que : microscopies électroniques (MET, MEB), microscopies champ proche (AFM, STM, MFM), diffusion des rayons X, diffusion des neutrons,….

La caractérisation fonctionnelle est faite en fonction des propriétés du matériau : optique, magnétométrie, transport électronique,…
