Nanoparticles and hybrids

Once synthesized, the organic or hybrid systems must be characterized, structurally and functionally. The structural characterization is performed using a variety of thechniques such as : electron microscopies (TEM, SEM), near field microscopies (AFM, STM, MFM), x-ray scattering, neutron diffusion,….

The functional characterization is performed using the most relevant technique with regards to the properties of the material : optics, magnetometry, electron transport,…
